RemoteVA PH is looking for a creative and strategic TikTok Manager to lead our brand’s presence on the platform. You will be responsible for developing the content strategy, creating compelling videos, and driving the growth of our social media channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Grow social media channels by reaching out to creators, negotiating percentages, and managing contacts.
- Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly TikTok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
- Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce viral content.
- Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
- Manage TikTok community engagement, including responding to comments and DMs.
- Stay updated with platform updates and algorithm changes.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, and product teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.
- Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software.
- A deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.
- Experience working for an E-commerce company.
