Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products as a contractor.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar products.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.
- Must have personal transportation to and from repair sites.
- Must own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products to manufacturer specifications.
- Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID), which can be obtained free at irs.gov.
- Must comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements; DOT/MC numbers may be required for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
- Must comply with state laws regarding the vehicle used for work.
- Background checks and drug screenings are conducted on all contractors, including helpers.
- Motor vehicle records (MVR) checks are performed for all driving contractors.
- Must be committed to exceptional customer service, be tech-savvy with a mobile phone, and have excellent communication skills.
