EquipmentShare is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our Memphis, TN rental facility. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact guiding customers through our rental process, building strong relationships, and ensuring satisfaction by leveraging our proprietary T3 technology. You’ll join a team dedicated to transforming the construction industry.

What You'll Do

Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
Expand the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help them save money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Keep customers updated about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
