CrowdStrike is seeking a Renewals Account Manager to join our mission-driven team. In this remote role based in India, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success with our endpoint technology, driving on-time renewals, and growing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will proactively collaborate with partners and customers as a key part of the customer journey.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full contract renewal cycle through to booking.
- Provide quotes to channel partners and ensure their delivery to end customers.
- Consult with partners and customers to answer questions and address needs.
- Communicate the value of CrowdStrike products to drive growth in licenses and per-endpoint revenue.
- Team with the Account Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- A track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
- Ability to balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through email, calls, and meetings.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently or in a team.
- A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
- High comfort level handling objections and negotiations.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to work US working hours (6:30pm IST to 3:30am IST).
Nice to Have
- Security or SaaS sales experience.
- Customer Success or Service background.
- Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution.
- 2 years+ or equivalent experience in consulting or account management, particularly in cybersecurity.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or relevant experience.
