World Business Lenders is looking for a Valuation Analyst to analyze real estate collateral for commercial loans in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for research, reporting, and administrative tasks to support loan application valuation.
What You'll Do
- Analyze real estate collateral pledged in connection with loan applications to determine an estimated value, using comparable data from online sources.
- Research local U.S. real estate markets.
- Create exhibits for reports.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, composition of emails, and updating various documents and systems.
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Business administration, math, economics, finance, statistics, or a similar field.
- 100% fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in banking, real estate, and/or real estate appraisal.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A proactive approach and strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
