Hampton Healthcare is looking for a Remote US Registered Nurse (USRN) to provide essential clinical support services from the Philippines. You will ensure adherence to US clinical standards while collaborating with US-based healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patient care teams.
What You'll Do
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA standards, clinical protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with US-based physicians, case managers, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Review and document clinical information using patient medical records or insurance claims.
- Deliver telephonic triage or case management services based on the requirements of the assigned account.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with the latest US clinical guidelines, standards, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Active Philippine RN (PHRN) and USRN license.
- At least 3 years of hands-on clinical experience.
- Clinical background in one or more of the following areas: Emergency Room (ER), Operating Room (OR), Medical-Surgical Nursing, Utilization Review (UR) / Utilization Management (UM), Triage, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Hemodialysis.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation platforms.
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and workflows.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (graveyard shift).
