Axur is looking for a Customer Care Apprentice to join our team in a hybrid role. As an innovator dedicated to making the internet safer, Axur offers a dynamic environment where you’ll perform a support role in customer service operations, assisting with daily tasks that contribute to the growth of the entire team.

What You'll Do

• Perform a support role in customer service operations.
• Assist with the daily tasks that contribute to the growth of the whole Axur team.

What We're Looking For

• Be between 18 and 24 years old, according to the Apprenticeship Law.
• Availability to comply with the agreed learning schedule.
• Good communication, proactivity, organization, and eagerness to learn.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Reside in Porto Alegre – RS.
• Easy access to Porto Alegre’s Historic Center, as CIEE is located at Rua Coronel Vicente, nº 183.

Nice to Have

• Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish.
• Any previous experience related to customer service—whether in academic projects, volunteer work, student organizations, junior enterprises, or formal jobs.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets or collaborative tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion, etc.).

Benefits & Compensation

• Gross Salary: R$ 894.52 (after INSS and transportation deductions, approximate net salary is R$ 773.00).
• Home Office Assistance: R$ 2,000.00 paid once in the first month.
• Meal Allowance: R$ 594.00 monthly.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in Porto Alegre – RS. You will need to be available to commute to the CIEE location in Porto Alegre’s Historic Center for the apprenticeship schedule.
