Provide dedicated outpatient mental health services entirely remotely to patients across Minnesota. This role is designed for independently licensed therapists who want to prioritize clinical work without the distractions of administrative tasks or on-call duties. You’ll deliver structured, evidence-based therapy while benefiting from a supportive infrastructure that handles billing, scheduling, credentialing, and licensing.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 60-minute virtual intake and follow-up sessions with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and related conditions
- Maintain a stable outpatient caseload with clear clinical goals and consistent session volume
- Collaborate with an integrated network of in-house psychiatrists to support coordinated care
- Practice within a sustainable model—no inpatient, crisis, or intensive outpatient responsibilities
- Leverage full operational support for intake coordination, insurance billing, and technology needs
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted independent license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent
- Hold at least two active state licenses (exclusions apply for CA, NY, and MA)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a steady outpatient caseload independently
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and capacity for autonomous decision-making
- Experience delivering care in a fast-paced yet balanced outpatient setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in community mental health, outpatient clinics, hospitals, or structured treatment programs
- Familiarity with evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, or DBT-informed practices

Compensation
Base salary starts at $70,000. Therapists with a California license qualify for a $90,000+ base. Additional incentives of up to $20,000 are available, including monthly productivity bonuses for CA-licensed clinicians. Salary increases are possible after two years based on tenure and performance.

This is a fully remote position serving patients in Minnesota. Scheduling is flexible within a structured outpatient framework, allowing for consistency and work-life balance.
