About the Role

Provide comprehensive telemedicine services focused on diagnosing and managing hormonal imbalances in male patients, including testosterone deficiency and related conditions, using evidence-based protocols and ongoing patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual patient consultations for assessment and diagnosis of hormonal health issues
  • Review lab results and medical histories to inform treatment decisions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with low testosterone and related conditions
  • Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Monitor patient progress through follow-up visits and adjust treatments as needed
  • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, treatment expectations, and potential side effects
  • Document patient encounters in the electronic health record system promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of care and patient support
  • Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain high standards of medical practice
  • Respond to patient messages within established timeframes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in men's health and hormone therapy
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other patient privacy regulations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits

Compensation
