Best Buy Canada Ltd. is looking for a Remote Technical Support Representative to join our Geek Squad team. You will provide technical support to clients across Canada via phone and chat, using remote desktop software to install, fix, solve, and enhance technology products.
What You'll Do
- Perform product repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, and installations using remote desktop software.
- Provide tutorials to clients on the proper use of their products.
- Identify and recommend solutions based on customers’ needs.
- Complete training to continuously improve the client experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of help desk or technical call centre experience.
- Experience in troubleshooting and/or repairing devices.
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

- Compensation: B.C.: $18.85 - $19.85/hr, P.E.I.: $17.25 - $18/hr, Ontario: $19.35 - $19.50/hr. Pay may vary in other provinces.
