EX Squared is hiring a Remote Technical Architect to guide the technical direction and standards for our projects. You will play a key role in designing robust systems and mentoring engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead the architectural design and technical decision-making for projects
- Define system roadmaps, standards, and best practices
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into technical architecture
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Lead Engineer designing complex systems
- Deep expertise in software architecture patterns, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices
- Strong ability to analyze requirements and produce clear, actionable technical designs
- Excellent communication skills for articulating architectural decisions and mentoring teams
