EX Squared is looking for a Remote Customer Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as their main advocate
- Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication
- Identify customer needs and collaborate internally to deliver solutions
- Monitor account health and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop account strategies to support growth and retention
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in customer account management or a related client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Residence in the United Arab Emirates with authorization to work
