EX Squared is hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and manage high-value partnerships across the Latin American region. This remote position is central to expanding our network and driving mutual business growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships across Latin America
- Develop and execute partnership plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and terms
- Act as the primary relationship manager, ensuring strong communication and alignment with partners
- Track and report on partnership performance and opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management role
- Demonstrated success in building and managing B2B partnerships, preferably in Latin America
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment
- Business fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a strong asset
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Latin America, operating within a global team structure.
