EX Squared is looking for a Field Application Scientist to serve as the primary technical resource for our scientific customers. In this remote role, you will bridge the gap between our product capabilities and client needs, ensuring successful implementation and application.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert pre- and post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations remotely.
- Conduct customer training on product operation, data analysis, and best practices.
- Gather and communicate detailed customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and application notes.
- Travel occasionally for key customer meetings or scientific conferences.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life science field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a research, application, or customer-facing technical role within the life sciences industry.
- Deep understanding of molecular biology and biochemistry techniques relevant to our product portfolio.
- Proven ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a schedule and priorities independently.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be able to work effectively from a home office and be available for travel as needed.
