• Maintain adherence to employment regulations and organizational policies during all stages of hiring.
• Enhance recruitment systems and platforms to boost operational efficiency and candidate involvement.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including initial planning meetings, interview coordination, and post-interview evaluations.
• Evaluate recruitment metrics and analytics to uncover areas for process refinement.
• Coach junior team members by sharing industry knowledge and proven recruitment methods.
• Engage decision-makers with data-backed recommendations on talent acquisition strategy.
• Support employer branding initiatives and community engagement efforts to expand access to qualified candidates.
