What You'll Do
- Provide remote helpdesk support for network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage firewall policies, switch configurations, and IP addressing.
- Assist with Windows Server administration and management
- Document all work in ticketing and RMM platforms.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of IT support experience with a focus on networking.
Nice to Have
- Strong knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba or similar brands.
- Certifications like Network+ or Security+ preferred.
