Philips is looking for a Remote Support Engineer with DICOM and HL7 (m/w/d) to provide first-line technical help for customers across the DACH and EU regions. In this role, you will focus on Patient Care and Cardiology Informatics solutions, solving technical challenges and building trusted relationships to ensure customers get the most out of Philips products.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote support for over 200 customers, resolving technical issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Troubleshoot and analyze software and hardware incidents following standard Philips procedures.
- Escalate critical or complex cases to senior experts when needed.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and continuously grow your expertise.
- Contribute to our knowledge base and share best practices with global support teams.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects Philips’ commitment to quality and care.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German (mandatory) and good English communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, DICOM, HL7, T-SQL, or scripting languages like PowerShell.
- A collaborative, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Prior technical work on ISCV / XPER / IBE.

Benefits & Compensation
- Minimum €59,015.46 gross annually (Austria), with willingness to overpay based on experience.
Work Mode
Preferable locations are Eindhoven (NL) or Vienna (AT). Remote work is possible from any EU country with a Philips office (Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Spain, Portugal).
