EX Squared is looking for a Remote Senior Account Manager specializing in Commercial Lines insurance. You will be responsible for managing key commercial client relationships and ensuring service excellence from our Brazil location.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assess client needs and collaborate on designing and implementing appropriate Commercial Lines coverage solutions
- Lead renewal strategies and proactively handle policy servicing and risk management support
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality account management
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role within the Commercial Lines insurance sector
- Deep understanding of commercial insurance products, underwriting, and risk management principles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote setting
