EX Squared is hiring a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service complex commercial insurance portfolios. You will be a key player in delivering high-value service to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage a book of commercial lines business, ensuring client needs and coverage requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and risk management advice.
- Analyze client exposures and design appropriate insurance solutions.
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing with carriers on behalf of clients.
- Lead policy renewals, marketing submissions, and endorsements.
What We're Looking For
- Significant, proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role.
- Deep technical knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and underwriting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and recommend solutions.
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- A relevant professional insurance designation (e.g., CIP, CRM).
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates legally authorized to work in Germany.
