ExploreMore with Fran is seeking a Remote Sports Travel Coordinator to craft unforgettable travel experiences for teams, enthusiasts, and clients attending global sporting events. You will manage the full journey, from initial consultation to trip execution, ensuring every detail supports a seamless and memorable adventure.
What You'll Do
- Consult with clients to understand their sports travel needs and preferences
- Research and recommend accommodations, flights, transportation, and ticket packages
- Coordinate all trip logistics, including lodging, event tickets, and excursions
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
- Provide timely updates and support to travelers before and during their trip
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings
- Basic computer skills (email, online booking systems, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
