MIYO Health seeks a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative team for the 2025–2026 school year. You will provide essential school-based services to students in Florida, delivering evaluations, developing therapy plans, and partnering with educators and families to support student success.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services across various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Complete required documentation, including IEPs, Medicaid billing, and progress reports
- Offer consultative support to school staff and caregivers
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- At least 2 years of school-based experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Full-time availability for the 2025–2026 school year
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Experience with Special Education Case Management and IEP development
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing
- Ability to creatively solve problems and adapt in a school-based environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
