Fullmind is seeking a Remote Spanish/French Teacher with New York State certification to deliver live-streamed virtual instruction. In this role, you will teach curriculum on the district's virtual platform and collaborate with an in-class facilitator to support student learning.
What You'll Do
- Teach the curriculum of the school on the district virtual platform.
- Deliver virtual instruction and guide students to course completion.
- Create lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
- Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships.
- Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
- Record student progress and keep track of student grades and performance.
- Partner with an in-class facilitator who is physically in class with students.
- Attend district professional development and faculty meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Current NYS High School French or Spanish certification.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
- Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
- Ability to complete a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.
Nice to Have
- Prior online teaching experience is a plus.
Team & Environment
You will partner with an in-class facilitator who is physically present with the students.
Benefits & Compensation
- This role offers a daily rate of $325-$340. Rates are negotiable and subject to change.
