As a Remote Senior Recruiter, you will lead the design and execution of a high-performing hiring engine for a mission-focused organization transforming early education. You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—ensuring each step is efficient, equitable, and aligned with organizational values.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine end-to-end hiring workflows, including structured scorecards, interview plans, and test project frameworks
- Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, freelancer networks, and employee referrals
- Create and manage job postings that attract skilled, values-aligned professionals
- Assess applicants for technical ability, cultural contribution, and fit with defined evaluation criteria
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate follow-up rounds with hiring teams
- Oversee the candidate journey to ensure a consistent, respectful experience from first contact to offer
- Monitor applicant tracking systems and project management tools to keep data accurate and actionable
- Generate weekly reports on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and conversion rates across roles
- Strengthen public perception by managing presence on employer review platforms and maintaining a strong Glassdoor rating
- Iterate on sourcing strategies and evaluation methods based on performance data
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to build candidate pipelines independently, with minimal reliance on inbound applications
- Experience running structured, metrics-informed recruitment processes
- Direct, clear communication style with a focus on accountability
- Skill in identifying misalignment or risk early in the hiring cycle
- A track record of fostering trust through consistency and follow-through
- Familiarity with tools including ClickUp, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job distribution networks
