EX Squared is hiring a Remote Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert legal guidance and strategic support for our business operations. In this senior role, you will act as a trusted advisor on a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic legal advice on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements
- Manage legal risk and develop processes to support business growth and objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all functions to provide practical legal solutions
- Stay current on legal developments relevant to the company's industry and operations
What We're Looking For
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house counsel roles
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
