EX Squared is hiring a Finance Specialist to join our global team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for essential financial operations, reporting, and analysis, contributing directly to the company's financial health and strategic direction.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable and month-end close
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and internal dashboards
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters and process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a finance, accounting, or similar analytical role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Strong communication skills for clear and effective financial explanation
