EX Squared is looking for a Remote Contract Attorney to join its team through the Jobgether platform. In this role, you will provide essential legal services, focusing on contract review and advisory work, while operating in a fully remote capacity.
What You'll Do
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Provide clear, actionable legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Ensure all agreements comply with relevant laws and align with company policies.
- Manage and organize legal documentation efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- Proven experience in contract law, including drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
