EX Squared is hiring a Remote Assistant Controller to join our finance team. In this role, you will provide crucial support for accounting operations and financial reporting, contributing directly to our financial integrity and strategic planning.
What You'll Do
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports
- Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal controls
- Analyze financial data and support budgeting and forecasting activities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role with controller-level responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
