TechOp Solutions is hiring a Remote Senior Call Center Representative to support critical client operations by handling sensitive information with precision and compliance. This role requires a professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is ready to contribute to training and process documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and track a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports within government systems.
  • Train and onboard new Customer Service Representatives.
  • Conduct database and open-source research.
  • Route and escalate calls according to established protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • An Associates Degree.
  • Proven ability to multitask, communicating clearly while inputting data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Direct experience handling sensitive information.
