TechOp Solutions is hiring a Remote Senior Call Center Representative to support critical client operations by handling sensitive information with precision and compliance. This role requires a professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is ready to contribute to training and process documentation.
What You'll Do
- Answer and track a high volume of incoming calls.
- Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports within government systems.
- Train and onboard new Customer Service Representatives.
- Conduct database and open-source research.
- Route and escalate calls according to established protocols.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- An Associates Degree.
- Proven ability to multitask, communicating clearly while inputting data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Direct experience handling sensitive information.
