TechOp Solutions is seeking a Remote Senior Call Center Representative to play a critical role supporting our client’s operations. In this position, you will review, analyze, and document sensitive information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and track incoming calls.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems.
  • Train and onboard new Customer Service Representatives.
  • Conduct database and open-source research.
  • Route and escalate calls appropriately.
