ComForCare is looking for a Remote Scheduler to ensure our clients receive reliable, consistent care. You will be the central hub for coordinating caregiver shifts, managing real-time changes, and maintaining clear communication between all parties to ensure every shift is filled and every change is handled smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate caregiver schedules, assign shifts, and ensure all client care needs are covered in a timely manner.
- Manage incoming calls regarding schedule changes, shift cancellations, caregiver call-outs, and urgent staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate records in the scheduling system/CRM, updating caregiver availability, client preferences, and shift notes.
- Communicate proactively with caregivers to confirm shifts, resolve conflicts, and improve reliability.
- Work closely with care coordinators and recruiters to anticipate staffing shortages and upcoming scheduling demands.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reports to leadership.
- Respond to emergency scheduling situations with strong judgment and professionalism.
- Maintain strong relationships with caregivers and families to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of scheduling, coordination, dispatching, or administrative support (healthcare preferred).
- High-level English communication skills (C1/C2).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in high-volume environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
- Proficiency with scheduling platforms, CRMs, or home care management systems.
- Professional remote work setup and reliable internet connection.
- Strong Zoom presence and verbal communication skills.
- Must submit a short introduction video as part of the hiring process.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in home care, senior care, nursing agencies, or healthcare scheduling.
- Remote work experience.

- Compensation: USD $1,200/month
