Medtronic is looking for a Remote Sales Representative – Peripheral Vascular Health (m/w/d) to join our team. In this hybrid position, you will be key to expanding our portfolio in the Peripheral Vascular Health area, acting as a central interface between internal teams and field sales while building long-term partnerships to grow sales in your assigned region.
What You'll Do
- Remotely sell Medtronic's products and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area or specific customer accounts to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Identify, develop, and close leads for the business and refer internal leads when appropriate.
- Provide input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products.
- Promote and establish education of the company's products and services.
- Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
- Arrange product demonstrations by field sales representatives.
- Assist field sales representatives in planning and executing sales activities, providing ongoing support including sales calls, data analysis, and follow-up.
What We're Looking For
- A baccalaureate degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Working knowledge of company products and services.
Team & Environment
This role is part of the Sales Professional Career Stream, typically as an individual contributor with direct sales responsibilities. You may direct the work of other sales professionals or manage sales processes involving multiple team members.
