Monster Transmission & Performance is hiring a Remote Sales Representative (Part-Time) to shape positive customer experiences and drive revenue. You will provide expert assistance through incoming calls and live chat, focusing on understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking activities, managing interactions, and reporting on performance.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance satisfaction and revenue.
- Negotiate sales agreement terms to ensure mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Liaise with internal teams like client care and production to address customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends.
Nice to Have
- Outside sales experience.
- Familiarity with technology sales; ability to learn about new products rapidly.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales role.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer support.
- Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Compensation: $15.00 per hour base rate.
- Paid Time Off: 80 hours accrued per year.
