LawnStarter is looking for a Remote Sales Representative on a fixed-term contract from February to September. This role focuses on managing warm inbound and outbound calls to onboard new customers and promote recurring services. The contract has potential for extension or conversion to regular employment.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound warm calls, completing approximately 200+ calls weekly.
- Handle calls lasting between 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain services, and upsell recurring plans.
- Meet and exceed established sales metrics and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM while adhering to data protection policies.
What We're Looking For
- High school graduate.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- At least 2 years of telesales or BPO experience.
- Proven ability to close sales and overcome objections.
- Strong customer service and empathy skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong adaptability, coachable, and receptive to feedback.
- Consistent achievement of performance targets.
- A dependable work ethic and quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Desktop/laptop meeting minimum specs (Core i5, 12GB RAM) with camera, dual monitors, and a noise-canceling headset.
- 25 Mbps primary internet connection with a 10 Mbps backup.
Nice to Have
- College education.
- Familiarity with CRM/VoIP tools (Google Suite preferred).
- PLDT or Converge internet provider.

Benefits & Compensation
- Base pay: Php 45,000/month.
