Kohl's, a leading manufacturer of time recording and access control hardware and software, is seeking an Account Manager ERP (m/w/d). In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and advising customers, closing deals, and expanding market share within a defined territory.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new business from existing customers and prospects.
- Consult with clients during the pre-sales phase.
- Close orders and manage the sales cycle.
- Present and argue the value of our offers and company.
- Document all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Observe and analyze the market within your sales territory.
- Drive the expansion of market share.
- Participate in sales campaigns and customer presentations.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Collaborate closely with the pre-sales team and service departments.
What We're Looking For
- You think in business processes and advise customers in the software area (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, Oracle) regarding the integration of time recording solutions.
- Your customer focus is on the upper middle market and large companies.
- You are a communicative networker and a team player.
- (Initial) experience and successes in marketing organizational solutions and products requiring explanation.
- You work systematically and independently.
- You possess strong argumentation skills, commitment, and flexibility.
- You have a confident presence with decision-makers.
- Willingness to acquire technical knowledge in the IT area.
- Willingness to travel for business (approximately 30-40%).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of MS-Office programs, SAP, or Salesforce is an advantage.
