Kohl's is hiring a Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) to provide frontline support for our digital pet insurance product. You will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction by handling inquiries and processing reimbursement claims.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing first-class support.
- Process and review veterinary bills to ensure fair and accurate reimbursement decisions.
- Support pet parents in understanding insurance terms and benefits clearly and comprehensibly.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experiences and processes.
- Maintain documentation in company systems for smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- First experience in customer service, a veterinary practice/clinic, or a customer-facing role.
- Fluent German language skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic English skills for communication with the international team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Structured and detail-oriented work approach.
- Ability to multitask, including advising customers and supporting projects.
- Curiosity and motivation to learn new things.
