DATAGROUP is looking for an IT User Help Desk Agent (all genders) in Hamburg to join our team in full- or part-time. You will deliver professional IT support within a large customer environment, managing a wide range of software and hardware inquiries and ensuring smooth user operations.
What You'll Do
- Professionally handle incoming software and hardware issues in a large customer environment.
- Process and document issues through the ticketing system, including prioritization and classification.
- Conduct fault analysis and initiate appropriate measures for resolution.
- Provide first-level support and implement solutions via remote support tools.
- Forward and escalate incident cases to downstream support units when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- A strong affinity for IT and technology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good German language skills (both spoken and written).
- Confident handling of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
Nice to Have
- English language skills.
- Completed vocational training in IT or professional experience in an IT support role.
