Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Customer Service professional to provide exceptional support for Pluxee’s Dutch-speaking clients. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving inquiries and providing accurate information about services.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding Pluxee’s services and assist customers in resolving their queries.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and share best practices.
- Stay informed about product updates to provide timely assistance.
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance goals.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to empathize and build rapport.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer experiences.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
