Sheridan St. was looking for a Remote Sales Professional

Sheridan St., a fast-growing global sales agency, is hiring a Remote Sales Professional. This is a 100% commission-based role where you will build a portfolio of recurring commissions by closing qualified leads. You will own the full sales cycle, drive pipeline growth, and be accountable for meeting performance metrics in a culture built for competitive A-players.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead set, follow up, to close.
  • Maintain a consistently full calendar with real sales conversations.
  • Perform daily follow-ups and own pipeline management without direction.
  • Close deals at a minimum rate of 25% after probation period.
  • Build a growing book of business with recurring commission payouts.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets in high-ticket environments.
  • Minimum 25% close rate after probation period.
  • Experience owning a sales pipeline and taking initiative without being told.
  • Competitive, relentless attitude with a view of objections as opportunities.
  • Experience selling high-ticket solutions ($5K–$50K+) in industries like real estate, marketing, coaching, consulting, or SaaS.
  • Ability to adapt communication, ask the right questions, and build trust fast.
  • Proficiency with CRMs, dialers, and sales tools to track leads and follow up strategically.
  • Desire for a long-term career with a path from Closer to Team Lead to Management.
  • Thrives in a high-performance culture with energy, positivity, and drive.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with sales frameworks from trainers like Cole Gordon or Jeremy Miner.
