FusionTek is looking for a Remote Sales Engineer to serve as a crucial link between client requirements and technical solutions. You will help clients navigate complex technology decisions to create actionable plans for our Projects team, integrating knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
What You'll Do
- Engage in initial discussions and discovery sessions with clients to understand their business challenges, technical needs, and goals.
- Assess and document the client’s current infrastructure, applications, and workflows to pinpoint gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Create tailored, scalable, and cost-efficient managed services solutions that address client requirements.
- Develop and present engaging solution proposals that communicate value, technical strategy, and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with sales, project management, and support teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable.
- Investigate emerging technologies and consult with internal stakeholders to enhance company offerings.
- Educate internal teams on new solutions, sales strategies, and deployment methods.
