The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in driving lead generation and demo bookings for a growing sales team at Jobs for Humanity. This part-time, remote position focuses on outbound and inbound prospecting to fill the sales calendar and support the conversion of demos into annual subscriptions, working closely with the CEO/CRO.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to ideal prospects using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
- Follow up on inbound demo requests
- Qualify leads and book meetings with decision-makers
- Help convert demos into signed annual subscriptions
- Conduct cold and warm outreach across digital channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email)
- Book qualified demos with target companies (decision-maker level)
- Follow up on interest and manage demo reminders
- Record activity in a CRM or shared tracker
- Support the sales process with clear handover notes
