About the Role

RoomPriceGenie is looking for a Remote Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking interest in our solution and connecting qualified property owners with Sales Managers for product demos. You'll play a vital part in expanding our reach and contributing to our fast-growing startup's success.

What You'll Do

  • Identify decision-makers, uncover key business challenges, and pitch RoomPriceGenie’s solutions to ignite interest.
  • Make and track phone calls through Hubspot, connecting with new prospects and keeping track of your success.
  • Use local market knowledge to enhance outbound marketing activities and connect with hotel owners meaningfully.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest hospitality industry news, trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Help streamline and optimize the customer journey, bringing fresh ideas to make processes smoother.
  • Influence how our young startup develops by trying out your own approaches and contributing innovative ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • C2-level German proficiency and fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Currently based in Germany or in the CET timezone.
  • Sales-driven with a natural aptitude for understanding customer needs.
  • Tech-savvy and excited by the latest technology trends.
  • Positive, outgoing, empathetic, enthusiastic, and love connecting with people.
  • Active listener who can uncover pain points and find meaningful ways to engage with prospects.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Team player who loves contributing to team goals.

Nice to Have

  • Additional European languages (Swiss German, French, or more!).
  • Experience in a SaaS or travel-tech company.
  • Hospitality industry experience or a passion for helping hotels.
  • Ability to work from our offices on a regular basis.
