Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and deployment of Windchill PLM platforms, including modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink, and PartsLink
- Evaluate current business processes, identify gaps, and define future-state architectures and implementation roadmaps
- Work closely with business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and confirm functional requirements
- Facilitate solution design sessions and record critical design outcomes
- Assist in integrating Windchill with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, and CAD applications
- Advise clients on industry-standard PLM methodologies and best practices
- Oversee onshore and offshore teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including creating proposals and delivering client-facing presentations
- Manage stakeholder communication and maintain alignment to ensure customer satisfaction
