The Remote Sales Consultant (Bilingual EN/RU) will manage inbound B2C leads for ADU design and construction services, driving sales from initial contact through qualification and follow-up. This role is critical in maintaining high conversion rates and supporting the sales goals of Lavendo, the #1 residential construction company in Sacramento's ADU market.
What You'll Do
- Own the top of the sales funnel stage from initial contact to qualification and follow-up
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct sales presentations
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and maintain a high conversion rate
- Leverage AI tools, CRM, dashboards, and automation tools
- Engage in 60% written communication and client coordination
- Engage in 40% phone communication with clients
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of B2C sales experience, consistently meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Experience with CRM systems, dashboard analytics, AI tools, and other sales technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication in American English (Level C1-C2)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Russian
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of ADUs, residential construction
- Working experience within the US market
