Mangone Law Firm is hiring a Bilingual Sales Coordinator (English-Spanish) to lead our remote sales teams and drive the growth of our immigration law services. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing conversion rates, ensuring lead quality, and coaching agents to exceed commercial targets.
What You'll Do
- Execute daily coaching programs and follow-up meetings to motivate the team to exceed commercial targets.
- Implement strategies to raise the monthly conversion rate by at least 5 percentage points.
- Ensure that 90% of prospects advancing to consultation are properly qualified, working hand-in-hand with the Marketing team.
- Actively review and mitigate missed calls from potential clients to ensure no one goes unanswered.
- Design and present weekly KPI dashboards and quarterly 'Sales Boulders' to guide strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in BPO or a Sales Call Center.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) – fluent in speaking and writing (B2 level).
- Proven experience coordinating and motivating sales teams, preferably in remote environments.
- Track record in implementing strategies to increase lead-to-sales conversion rates.
- Experience designing quarterly goals (Sales Boulders) and managing high-availability schedules.
- Execution of daily training programs based on high-performance methodologies, such as Cardone.
- Supervision of the client acquisition flow and prospect classification (Lead Scoring).
