- Support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3d modeling, Visualization and client presentations
Requirements
- Strong background in BIM architecture
- Extensive experience catering to the US Market
- In-depth knowledge of US building systems, local codes, and working culture
- Expert in Revit/Archicad with several years of experience working for the US Market
- Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3d modeling, Visualization and client presentations
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Availability for full-time positions
- Proactive and great communication skills
- Able to develop strong relationships with clients
- Candidates must live in Latin America
