Design Pickle is seeking an experienced and collaborative Remote Revenue Operations Manager to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM system and its integrations. You will use your technical and analytical skills to improve lead generation and sales enablement, manage CRM architecture, and support internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Own HubSpot administration and manage integrations across core revenue-related systems.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams to design and optimize GTM processes.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline Revenue Operations processes.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between platforms to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide insights and recommendations from data analysis to the VP of Sales & Customer Success.
- Support forecasting and pipeline management for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- 3+ years of experience with HubSpot Enterprise CRM (HubSpot certified admin is preferred).
- Expertise in API development, integrations, and advanced workflow logic.
- Hands-on experience in at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript preferred) and comfortable writing custom-coded logic.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams.
- Proven ability to quickly identify and solve ambiguous problems with close attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
