Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)
- Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available)
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
- Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
- Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset

Team size: 700+ psychiatrists and PMHNPs and 200+ therapists. Structure: clinical community
Additional Information
- Full operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing
- In-house referral network to therapists
- Full-time and part-time W-2 employment
- Total annual on-target earnings of $300k - $350k+, consisting of: Base salary, Monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period)
- Talkiatry participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. only after a job offer is accepted and Form I-9 is completed
