Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Gather requirements from across the business and translate them into Salesforce best practices, specifically focusing on CPQ configuration and workflows.
- Optimize the User Experience: Oversee user and license management while designing page layouts, record types, and custom objects that prioritize Clarity Over Complexity.
- Drive Process Automation: Identify inefficiencies and build automated solutions that improve data quality and track the metrics that matter most to our leadership.
- Ensure System Integrity: Maintain the 'source of truth' by monitoring integrations (like Marketo, Outreach, and DocuSign) and adhering to strict data management best practices.
- Empower the Team: Develop documentation and lead training sessions to ensure every Panopto team member is equipped to use our systems effectively.
Requirements
- Mastery of Salesforce: You bring 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience and hold your Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
- CPQ Expertise: You have a deep understanding of the CPQ lifecycle; a Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is a significant 'force multiplier' for this role.
- Operational Ownership: You Act with Ownership, handling workload under pressure and meeting deadlines while managing the full software development life cycle.
- Strategic Relationship Building: You are a strong communicator who can collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, Sales Ops, and Support to build Collective Wisdom.
Nice to Have
- Technical Curiosity: You are familiar with Zapier and modern sales tech stacks, always seeking to Elevate the Craft through continuous learning.
