What You'll Do
Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment entirely through telehealth. Design individualized care plans with an emphasis on medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system while working within an integrated care framework that connects patients to psychiatrists and therapists as needed. Focus exclusively on outpatient care without responsibilities for inpatient services, crisis intervention, or intensive programs.
Requirements
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Unrestricted license with full autonomous practice authority in Florida
- At least four years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
- Proven experience in outpatient psychiatric settings
- Expertise in conducting psychiatric assessments, treatment planning, and medication management
- Comfort with remote clinical workflows and telepsychiatry platforms
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Commitment to team-based, evidence-driven care and ongoing professional growth
