Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring a Remote Property Manager to take full ownership of office operations and property oversight. We are looking for a strong, confident, and highly responsible individual who is assertive yet professional, proactive rather than reactive, and capable of managing all responsibilities independently.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Maintain organization, structure, and accountability across all tasks.
- Act as the main point of contact for property-related matters.
- Manage tenant communications professionally and confidently, addressing concerns and disputes promptly.
- Maintain positive and professional landlord-tenant relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments, following up to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Work with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Monitor rent payments and track delinquencies, following up on late payments and handling payment arrangements when necessary.
- Complete and manage Section 8 paperwork, ensuring compliance with housing regulations.
- Coordinate inspections and required documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with case workers, providing required documentation and updates.
- Handle sensitive tenant matters professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in property management.
- Strong leadership personality — confident, firm, and in control.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience handling Section 8 paperwork is strongly preferred.
